Nancys interests have always been in children and in creating art. For the first fourteen years of her career she taught art in elementary and middle schools. Then she found a way to bring the world of art to children across the United States and beyond by developing an art program for a major K-12 educational company specializing in e-learning. While teaching and developing art curriculum, Nancy created watercolor paintings as a hobby. She made paintings to decorate her home and as gifts to friends and family. When she and her husband were blessed with a baby, she adorned the nursery walls with watercolors. Inspired by the idea of making art for children, she decided to pursue painting as a career.
