Our partnership is devoted to the research, development, patenting and manufacturing of creative and useful ideas. We hope to make life more convenient for people who buy our product. PU Digital was established in January 1991 by two Czech engineers. On April 6, 1994 we called a specific meeting in order to discuss the possibility of developing a new and revolutionary potty seat. This is how we started (see picture on the left). On October 10, 1995 a U.S. patent was issued, and the Flip-N-Flush potty seat was ready to show off to the rest of the world. On April 4, 1996, we had our first 500 final production units, and Flip-N-Flush was placed into our first sale channel. Due to the overwhelming interest in our product, we have moved from a home based business to our first real office with warehousing capability. Additionally we hired our first employee to pack and ship the product. About a year later we introduced the elongated version of Flip-N-Flush, thus completing this product family, and further satisfying our overall customer base need.
