Leadership Out in the middle of the South Dakota prairie lies a tiny speck of a town where I was born. Every morning, after the men were fed and headed out to the fields, the women gathered at the cafe counter and shared their stories. The founder of StoryLife, Cynthia Heigold spent 20 years with Eastman Kodak Company, where she worked across product development, manufacturing and marketing of photo products and services. She worked on the launch of the first consumer digital cameras (imagine a mere 180K pixels!), and Kodak’s first internet print service. Even back in the pioneering days of digital imaging, she recognized the inherent power of digital to bring together photos, text captions and art into a personal collage.
